Description

Intense violet color. Good aromatic intensity of wild fruits with fresh notes of rock rose and spices. Balsamic with well integrated quality wood. In the mouth it reveals volume, balance and good structure. Quality tannins, good acidity and a long, fresh finish dominated by the fruit. Accompanies varied dishes of roasts, red meats, game and soft cheeses.

Vinification
